Five persons lost their lives outright and a sixth died a few
hours later following a terrific two-car collision at 1:50 Sunday
morning. The accident occurred a little less than a mile north of
Rockville city limits on US 41. Found dead in the mangled
wreckage of the two vehicles were;
Philip J. MOOG, 23, Round Lake, Illinois;
Phillip J. Moog, Jr., 3,
Steven Moog, 1 ½
Jeffrey Chappas, 11, Round Lake;
Lucy Moody, 74 Chicago, Ill.
The sixth victim was Mrs. Phillip J. Moog, 21, of Round Lake who died Sunday afternoon.
