Mrs. William Mitchell died in the Ben Hur Sanitarium in Crawfordsville on Friday afternoon. She has been an invalid for several months. Funeral services at Freedom Church, of which she was a member, were in charge of Rev. Ray Banks, on Monday afternoon. Burial in Freedom Cemetery. Margaret E. Mitchell was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Archie Ward, and was born near Odell, May 15, 1868. She married Mr. Mitchell who survives Feb 18, 1863 (sic). There is an adopted daughter, Mrs. Ernest Miles, and two grandsons, Harold and Jimmy Miles. Mrs. Mitchell was a woman of estimable character and her death is regretted by a wide circle of friends and acquaintences. - typed by kbz
