Veedersburg - Mrs. Fay Mitchell, 74, of Rt. 3, Veedersburg, died at 3:40 a.m. today in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette. She was educated in Yeddo area schools and was a member of the Veedersburg Nazarene Church. She was educated in Yeddo area schools and was a member of the Veedersburg Nazarene Church.  Born Dec. 27, 1901, at Yeddo, she was a daughter of Benjamin and May Krout Keller. She married Elmer Mitchell on Oct. 27, 1923. Surviving are the husband; two sons, Archie Krout of Crawfordsville and the Rev. M. Richard Mitchell of Park Ridge, Ill., two daughters, Helen Newman of Veedersburg and Ruth Ochletree of Wheaton, Ill; three sisters, Wandeline Deck of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Roy Linn and Pearl Verhey of Hillsboro; a brother, Arista Keller of Rt. 3, Veedersburg; 10 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Four brothers and three sisters are deceased.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in  Crumley-Williams Funeral Home at Hillsboro. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery at Waynetown. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. Monday. - kz

Mrs. Fay Mitchell, 74, of Rt. 3, Veedersburg, died in St. Elizabeth Hospital at Lafayette. She was educated in Yeddo area schools and was a member of the Veedersburg Nazarene Church.
