Mrs. Margaret Ellen Baker Misner, 61, Rt. 12, Lafayette, died Wednesday morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She had been in ailing health two years.

She was born in Kentucky Sept. 9, 1898, and moved to Montgomery County when she was three months old. She was the daughter of John and Ellen Benge Baker and lived in the county until 1931 when she moved to Lafayette.

She was married in 1916 in Crawfordsville to Cleve Misner. He is the owner of Misner Construction Co. in Lafayette. She is a member of the Smartsburg Christian Church.

Survivors, besides the husband, are a daughter, Mrs. James J. Davis of Lafayette; seven sons, Harold E., Donald L., and Lowell M., Larry W., Bobby L., Clemm L. and Wallace E., all of Lafayette; two sisters, Mrs. Stella Bundy of Rushville and Mrs. Herbert Bell of Crawfordsville and 13 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 10 a. m. Saturday at Hippensteel Chapel. Burial will be in Rest Haven Cemetery at Lafayette.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Friday.
