Clyde B. Misner Dies Suddenly in Culver Hospital
Clyde B. Misner, 78, Crawfordsville, died suddenly at 3:30 a. m. Wednesday in Culver Hospital, where he had been a patient for approximately one hour.
Born Jan. 30, 1891, in Smartsburg, Misner was the son of Silas and Martha Mastin Misner. He married Neva H. Boots June 15, 1911.
Misner operated a furrier business for 35 years with his wife.
He is survived by his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Bernard C. Barton of Kennelton, N. J., Mrs. Gene H. Locker of Clermont, Mrs. Maurice L. Oakley of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Gerald H. Burgess of Scottsdale, Ariz., a son, Richard B. Misner of Crawfordsville; a brother, Cleve Misner of Lafayette, 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are set for 2 p. m. Saturday at Hunt and Son Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Carlile officiating. Burial will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p. m. Friday.
