Mish - Joe

A telegram was received Wednesday by Mrs. Emma Mish announcing the death of her son, Joe Mish, at East Las Vegas, New Mexico. The body will not be brought here as the unfortunate young man died of smallpox. Joe was the foreman of a large brick factory there and was doing splendidly, having left here only last spring to take the position. While here he was known as the best brick maker in this section of the state. Before leaving here he had his brick yards east of the city on the Big Four. Some months previous to the departure of Mr. Mish from this city his son, a lad of fourteen years, ran away from home and has never since been heard from. - s
