W. Morton MILLS, 81, died of asfixation at his home in Ladoga Tuesday March 9. Death was caused by fumes from a base burner stove while the aged man was seated in a chair at his home. Mrs. Emma Overman, his sister was sickened by the fumes and was under a doctor's care for a time. - transcribed by kbz

Funeral services were held for W. Morton Mills, 80, who died at his residence in Ladoga. He was born at the Old Mills residence north of Ladoga, a son of Silas and Rebecca Stoner Mills. He was a former Ladoga postmaster. Survivors are sisters; Clara E.
