Will Milligan received a telegram announcing the death of his cousin, Albert B. Milligan, of Spencer, who died Thursday afternoon of apoplexy. He was the son of Rev. Thomas Milligan who was well-known to the older citizens here. Charles, John, Clarence and Will Milligan attended the funeral Saturday. - kbz
