Mrs. Ruth H. Miller 66, widow of Joe A. Miller died March 7 in California while visiting a sister, Mrs. Myrtle Grafton. Born November 9, 1892 in Boone County, Mrs. Miller ws the daughter of George and Sarah Mangus. She was married twice, first to Charles Partner in 1918. She married Mr. Miller Feb 11, 1930. The first husband also preceded her in death. Mrs. Miller was a member of the New Ross Christian Church. Her home was southwest of New Ross. Surviving are two sons, George of New Ross and Charles of Crawfordsville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Miriam McAnulty of near New Ross; three brothers, Everett, Oren and Howard Mangus all of Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She also was preceded in death by a stepdaughter, Mrs. Dorothy Busenbark. The body is to be returned to New Ross for funeral services and burial. same paper - Funeral rites for Mrs. Ruth H. Miller 66 who died March 7 while visiting in California will be held at the local Christian Church at 2 p.m. Friday with burial in New Ross Cemetery. The body will arrive at 7:40 p.m. Wednesday in Indianapolis and will be brought to the cox Funeral Home in Ladoga, where friends may call Thursay and until noon Friday when it will be taken in the New Ross Church.
