New Richmond, Nov 9 – Mrs. Martha Kirkpatrick Miller, local resident died at her home this evening at 6:15 o’clock following an illness of several months. She suffered a stroke Thursday. Born April 22, 1860 in Indiana, a daughter of Quinn and Susan Kirkpatrick, she married Thomas B. Miller on Dec 27, 1887. Mrs. Miller was a member of the New Richmond Methodist Church. Surviving are five daughtesr: Mrs. Edith Daniel of Thorntown; Mrs. Mildred Swank of New Richmond, Mrs. Helen Manley of Pony, Mont and Miss Susan E. Miller of Lexington, Ky; two sons, Frank and John both of new Richmond; a sister, Mrs. Ida McBeth of Terre Haute and a brother, SS Kirkpatrick of New Richmond. - transcribed by kbz
