Lennie Miller, 53, a former resident of this city who served with the Rainbow Div in WWI died Thursday at his home in Indianapolis from injuries sustained in an accident last Sunday. Mr. Miller who worked for the Poston Pavin Brick Co while a resident of Crawfordsville was injured fatally when he was kicked by a horse. Mr. Miller was a member of old Co C of the 152nd Indiana Infantry when he entered service in WWI. Surviving are the widow, four sons, James, Orville, Eugene and Cecil, the father, Samuel Miller, Crawfordsville; a brother, Virgil of Frankfort and 7 sisters, Mrs. Orville Northcutt and Mrs. Clifford Appel both of this city; Mrs. Delcie Hart, Ms. Geneva Paff, Mrs. Helen Mabry, Mrs. Lagor Wright and Mrs. Pauline Davis all of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Shirley Brothers Funeral Home in Indianapolis burial in FLoral Park Cemetery there.
