Josephine W. Miller, 73, of 403 Oregon St, West Dundee, died Tuesday Nov 13, 1979 in St. Mary Hospital, Rochester, Minn. She was born Feb 14, 1906 in Crawfordsville, Ind the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Stubbins and had lived in Dundee since 1949. She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Dundee. She attended Purdue University from 1925-1926. She was married to Morel F. Miller on Sept 17, 1927. He died March 16, 1978. She was also preceded in death by her parents and a sister. Surviving are a son, John of Naperville; a daughter, Margaret Miller of Dundee; three grandchildren, and a sister, Elizabeth Rogers of Philadelphia, Pa. Memorial services were held in the First Congregational Church, Dundee, Tex. Charles Randle officiated. Burial was in Marengo City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Amyotrophic Latern Sclerosis Society of America. The Sharp-Schmidt Funeral Home, Dundee was in charge of arrangements. – kbz
