Harold F. Miller, 54, 201 S. Walnut, who was in the plumbing and steamfitting business here most of his life, died suddenly Saturday night of a heart ailment at the Crawfordsville Eagles Home. He had been in failing health several years. Born September 2, 1898 in Chicago, Mr. MIller was the eldest son of Henry and Anna Drury Miller. He married Nellie E. Floyd November 23, 1942. He was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church and Crawfordsville Eagles Lodge. Surviving are the widow, two brothers, JOhn H. Miller of this city and Karl J. Miller, New York City; a sister, Mrs. Anna Batcheldor, Ft. Lauderdale Fl and several nieces and nephews. Requiem high mass will be at St. Bernard's at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, Rev. J.C. Keating will officiate. Rosary Society services will be held at the Proffitt & Sons Funeral Home at 8:30 p.m. Monday.
