Word has been received here of the death of Mrs. EL Miller at the home of her daughter in Nevada, Mo. Mrs. Miller was the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Steele and was born in a house that stood on the corner now owned by George Slavens. She was a sister of the late Mrs. Anna Johnson and another sister, Mrs. Hattie VanSickle lives in Indianapolis. kbz

We are indebted to Mrs. JW Vansickle of Indianapolis for the following obituary: Mrs. Ella Steele Miller was the daughter of Dr. AT and Sarah M. Steele of Waveland, Indiana and there spent her girlhood days. She was a talented musician, a social and Church worker. She married Harry S. Miller of Veedersburg. To this union were born 3 children: Hubert S. Miller of Rosepine, La; Mrs. Kathleen King of Nevada, Mo; and Mrs. Analeah Doak of Los Angeles. She had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. King the last two years. She died the 26th of June. Surviving her are the three children and one sister, Mrs. JW Vansickle of Indianapolis. She was a sister of the late Mrs. Charles Johnson. kbz
