Mrs. Effie Miller, who has been suffering from tuberculosis for a year or more, died at 10 o’clock last Tuesday morning at her father’s, C. S. Figg. She was buried in the cemetery here last Thursday. Mrs. Miller was one of the prominent teachers of Wapello County. We all extend our sympathies to the bereaved friends and husband.—
