Crawfordsville, Nov 23 – Mrs. Americus Miller, 90, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the home of Mrs. Jennie Rivers, 201 W Chestnut St. She formerly was a dressmaker and first woman assistant at a local funeral home. Born near Romney, she married Jerome White in 1913. He died in 1919 and two years later married Jacob H. Miller who died in 1938. She belonged to the First Methodist Church. Survivors are a half-brother, Lewis W. Tomlinson, North Manchester; four step daughters, Mrs. Harry D. Parkinson, Kent, O; Mrs. Clarence Gilliland, Crawfordsville and Mrs. Oscar Biddle and Mrs. Del Cochran, both of Darlington and two step sons, Parke White, Waveland and Arthur P. Miller, Harvey, Ill.
