Miller - Alonzo M.

Dr. Alonzo M. Miller, who died Sunday, December 13, at his home in Crawfordsville, was born on the old Miller homestead, one and one-half miles south of Farmer's Institute, October 27, 1863, a son of Henry and Mary (Sayer) Miller. He attended public schools and the Friends academy at Farmers' Institute, and later the Cincinnati dental college, graduating from the latter in 1896. He immediately came to Crawfordsville, where he resided and practiced until his death. His wife, formerly Miss Alice Cable, of Columbus, Ohio, died 12 years ago. He held a birthright membership in the Friends church. Surviving are three brothers, Dr. Allen J. Miller, Chicago, and Sylvester and Thomas Miller, living at the old home. The funeral was held at Crawfordsville. – thanks to Kim H
