Crawfordsville, Ind – Services for Floyd M. Michael, 83, one of the few remaining Spanish-American War veterans in Montgomery County will be at 9 a.m. Monday in St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. The Montgomery County native died here yesterday in the home of a daughter. He had lived in Crawfordsville most of his life. He was a member of St. Bernard’s Church and Knights of Columbus. Mr. Michael was a retired employee of New York Central Railroad. - transcribed by kbz
