Misner - Amanda

Amanda A. Misner an aged spinster died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Mastin on East Market Street Friday afternoon. She was 87 years of age having been born in Butler County O. in 1618 (should be 1818). She came here sixty years ago and has lived near Smartsburg all of her life since until a short time ago when she moved to this city. She was the last survivor of a family of fourteen children. A brief funeral occured at the residence of Mr. Mastin Sunday after which the remains were taken to Smartsburg for burial. - transcribed by kb
