A telegram was received here last Saturday announcing the death of Edwin M. Milligan at his home at Garnett, Kansas. Mr. Milligan was born in Waveland nearly 70 years ago, and resided here until about 12 years since. FOr many years he was engaged in the dry goods business here. His death was due to consujption, from which he had suffered for some months. He leaves a wife and 4 children. - transcribed by kbz
