TANGIER – Mrs. Vivian Isabelle Miller, 71, of Tangier, died at 9:30 p.m. Thursday in Woodland Manor Nursing Home at Attica. She attended the Baptist Church. Born Nov. 21, 1904, she was a daughter of Elihu and Verda Wolf Jackson of Parke County. She married Rinohould Miller on July 23, 1928. He preceded her in death on Nov. 13, 1969. Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Joan Carr of Bloomingdale; a brother, David Jackson of South Bend; and five grandchildren. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Butler Funeral Home at Rockville. Burial will be in Tangier Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. today. – jlr
