Vernon MILLER, 61, of Rt. 1 Crawfordsville, died suddenly   Thursday
  afternoon while at work in Greencastle.
  He was born May 16, 1898, in Sidell, ILL., the son of Jacob T.   and
  Nancy EARP MILLER.
  Mr. MILLER was a carpenter and was employed by Fishers &   Fishero
  Inc. He lived most of his life in Montgomery County and was a   member of the
  Eagles Lodge.
  Survivors include his wife, Viola; six sons, Robert of New   Ross,
  Max, James, Harold and Raymond, all of Crawfordsville and Ronald   of
  Clermont; a sister, Mrs. Edith CLARK; 14 grandchildren   and one
  great-grandchild.
  Funeral rites are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at McCloud Funeral   Home
  here with Rev. Lester WRIGHT officiating. Internment will be in   Masonic
  Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
