Ladoga, March 5 -- Mrs. Sibyl Miller, wife of David Miller, died at her home here on E. Taylor St, Saturday afternoon at one o'clock after an illness of only a few days. She had suffered a severe attack of grip but had seemingly recovered when she became suddenly ill on Tuedays, becoming unconscious on Wednesday morning and remaining so until her death. Two specialists and a trained nurse were called from Indianapolis on Thursday, but were unable to render any assistance. An analysis of the blood showed a pneumonia germ which was thought to have gone to the brain, causing her death. Mrs. Miller, who was 50 years of age on Feb 22 was the daughter of Nathan Freeman, who died 7 years ago. She was born and raised near Ladoga and has lived in this community almost all of her life, having lived a short time in Crawfordsville. She is survived by her husband, one son, Paul, 11 years of age, and two brothers, Frank Freeman of Crawfordsville and Claude Freeman of NE of Ladoga. The funeral services were conducted this afternoon at two o'clock at the Presbyterian Church of which the deceased was a member. Rev NW Clark, pastor of the Church had charge of the service. - typed by kbz
