Ladoga - Clyde E. Miller, 88 of Greencastle formerly of Ladoga died Wednesday morning in Putnam County Hospital. Mr. Miller retired in 1965 from Farm Bureau Lumber Co. He was a member of Ladoga First Christian Church and a 50-year member of Ladoga Masonic Lodge. He was past worthy patron of Order of the Eastern Star of Ladoga. He was born Sept 7, 1891 at Ladoga a son of Frank and Nettie Barnes Miller. He was a graduate of Indiana Business College and a veteran of WWI. Survivors are the wife, Mattie; a son, Ralph of Greencastle; a daughter, Rhead Jolley of NC; a brother, Frank of Greencastle; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Harley. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with burial at Greencastle with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery at Greencastle.
