Agnes Emily Miller, 85, of Crawfordsville, died Tuesday in Ben Hur Nursing Home. She was graduated from Crawfordsville High School in 1910. She was a member of the Eastern Star and Wabash Avenue Presbyterian Church where she was head of the Primary Department. She moved to Orlando, Fla., in 1929 where she owned and operated the Miller-Robinson Kindergarten. She was a member of the Orlando Women’s Community Club. She was a charter member of the Rosland Club and for many years worked as a Pink Lady in the Orlando area hospitals. Born Oct. 17, 1890, she was a daughter of LeRoy L. and Harriett B. Miller of Crawfordsville. Surviving are two nieces, Mrs. Louise Schuette of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Mrs. Joann Taylor of Crawfordsville. Two brothers, Binford and Hugh Miller, are deceased. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with the Rev. Larimore Wickett officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today. – jlr
