Walter L. Meyers, 67 of North Salem, died Wednesday, August 4, in Methodist Hospital at Indianapolis. Mr. Meyers was custodian for the North Salem schools for 21 years. He was a member of North Salem Christian Church. Born April 27, 1909, at Greensburg, he was the son of Frank and Eunice Davis Meyers. He was married to Bessie Delaney at Crawfordsville. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Walter Jr. and Larry, both of North Salem; two daughters, Kay of North Salem, and Sharon Wilson of Indianapolis; four brothers, Dale, Carl, Lowell and Jessie, all of Greensburg; and five grandchildren. Services were Saturday in Porter Funeral Home at North Salem with the Rev. Earl Davis officiating. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery. - jlr
