Mrs. Anna Meyer, age 70 the wife of Charles Meyer died Tuesday at her home 3 miles north of the city. Her death was the result of a fall which she sustained last Saturday. It broke her hip and the shock proved too great, owing to her advanced age and enfeebled condition. The funeral occurred at 2 p.m. Thursday and the body was laid to rest at Oak Hill.. Mr. and Mrs. Meyer came from Germany many years ago, have two sons in the old country who will receive their little estate. - kbz

Mrs. Charles Meyer died last Tuesday at her home north of the city. She was 70 years old and was a native of Germany. The funeral occurred on Thursday. A husband survives her.
