Eleanor Jean Meese, 77, formerly of Crawfordsville died Tuesday at Indianapolis. Mrs. Meese worked at Indiana Bell and retired from Bell South in 1985. She married James W. Meese who is deceased. Survivors include one daughter, Janet (Michael) Harbison (Ft. Pierce, Fla); brothers, Morris "Booie", William "Ed" and Theron Priest all of Crawfordsville and two grandchildren. Two sisters, Virginia and Doris and two brothers, Melvin and "Buddy" are deceased. No funeral services are scheduled. Memorial may be made to the local humane society. FLanner & Buchanan Funeral Centers, Speedway is in charge of arrangements.
