Metzler - Charles Ross

Charles Ross METZLER, father of Mrs. Lodell GOODBAR of this
city passed away Saturday morning at the Robert Long Hospital,
Indianapolis. Mrs. Metzler's (sic) death followed a week's
illness and was caused by heart disease. He had been in declining
health for the past several months. His death occurred at 8
o'clock. For some time Mr. and Mrs. Metzler had been making their
home here with their daughter who resides in the Strand
Apartments. Those surviving are the wife; daughter; one son, Ross
of Indiana Harbor, the mother, Mrs. Mary E. Metzler; a brother,
Sank Metzler and a sister, Mrs. WE Sharpe, all of Unknown, Pa.
The body will be brought here preparatory to removal to Kingwood,
W Va where the burial is to take place. Complete funeral
arrangements have not been announced. Friends are asked to omit
