Garry J. 'Tiny' Merrill, 54, Crawfordsville, died 12:10 a.m.
Friday in St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette.
Mr. Merrill was manager of United Gas Station for 36 years. He
was past president and member of Crawfordsville Jaycees, a member
of Christ United Methodist Church and was a 1969 Crawfordsville
High School graduate.
He was born Aug. 14, 1949, at Crawfordsville, to Alonzo and
Victoria Birge Merrill. He married Kathryn Young on Dec. 14,
1997. She survives.
Also surviving are a son, Joshua, at home; a brother, Roger,
and a sister, Janet Merrill, both of Crawfordsville.
His parents, a brother, Larry, and an infant sister, Caroline,
are deceased.
Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Tuesday in Hunt &
Son Funeral Home with the Rev. John Pettigrew officiating.
Friends may call 4-9 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist
Church.
