Death came to Mrs. Margaret Jane McVey at 6:30 o’clock yesterday morning at 320 South Grant Avenue. The deceased had suffered from a complication of diseases for almost a year. Margaret Jane McVey was born in Warren County, Ohio Sept 1, 1850. She was the daughter of Joseph and Jessie Thompson. On Jan 9, 1873. She married George E. McVey. To this union was born one daughter, Barbara Allen Linn who now live sin Newcastle. Besides the husband and daughter, the survivors are three sisters, Sallie Thompson of Lebanon, Ohio; one sister living in Seattle, Wash and one in California; two brothers, William and Sanford Thompson; one sister, Ruth Miller preceded her in death several years ago. The funeral will be held from the First Methodist Church at 2:30 o’clock tomorrow afternoon. Rev. Appleby will officiate. - kbz
