WAVELAND – Joseph H. McNutt, 52, of Inglewood, Calif., died last Saturday, according to word received here. He had been in failing health for several months, suffering from a heart ailment. He was born March 23, 1913, at Milligan, son of Frank Z. and Irene Hitch McNutt. Mr. McNutt spent all of his early life in the Waveland area. He was married June 24, 1934, at Crawfordsville to Mary Mastin. Mr. and Mrs. McNutt moved to California in the late 1930s. Survivors include the widow; a sister, Mrs. Maxwell C. Dillman of Inglewood; a niece and a nephew. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday in Los Angeles. Burial will be in an Inglewood cemetery. – jlr
