New Ross– George W. McNulty, 81, of rural New Ross died early Saturday morning in Culver Hospital at Crawfordsville after a long illness. Mr. McNulty retired in 1953 from National Cash Register Company at Dayton Ohio. He was a member of the Mace United Methodist Church. A Montgomery County native, he was born Sept 30, 1888, a son of James and Belle Baker McNulty. He was first married to May Gurthrie who died in 1933. He was later married to Marie Blackford Wendall who survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Grace Frederick of Bellbrook, Ohio; two sons, Warren and James both of Dayton; a stepson, Charles Wendall of Cayuga; a sister, Mrs. Garland Mae Scaggs of Jamestown and a brother, James of Crawfordsville. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday in Walker Funeral Home at Jamestown. Interment will be in Lizton K of P Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home. - kbz
