VEEDERSBURG --- Mrs. May McLean, 91, died at 3:30 a.m. Sunday at the home of a son, Grady McLean, who resides near here. She had been in failing health nine months. Mrs. McLean was a life-long resident of this community. She was a member of Osborn Prairie Christian Church. Born April 20, 1872 one mile west of here, she was one of nine children. Her parents were Samuel and Virginia Clicker Grady. She Married William McLean Feb. 18, 1892. He died April 18, 1957. Survivors include the son at whose home she died; a brother, Homer Grady of Attica; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son and a daughter. Funeral services are announced for 2 p.m. Tuesday at Parham Funeral Home here. Rev. Conley Rowland will officiate. Interment will be in Osborn Prairie Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Monday.  --typed by Walt W

She was married to William McLean on Feb. 18, 1892, and he died on April 18, 1957. Mrs. McLean was a member of the Osborn Prairie Christian Church.
