VEEDERSBURG — Grady McLean, 78, of Rt. 4, Veedersburg, died Wednesday morning at Lakeview Hospital, Danville, Ill. He was retired from C&EI Railroad in Danville, where he had worked for 46 years. He was born Jan. 13, 1901, in Fountain County, a son of William and May Grady McLean. He was married to Marie Marlott, who preceded him in death in 1965. He also was preceded in death by a daughter, Annabelle Wilson. Surviving are three sons, Chester of Covington, Robert of Veedersburg and Jackie of DeBary, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. Richard (Helen Ann) Foxworthy of Crawfordsville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services are at 2 p.m. Friday at Parham Funeral Home, Veedersburg with the Rev. Bill Ringgold officiating. Burial will be in Osborne Prairie Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. --typed by Walt W
