William Frederic, infant son of Lena and Sam McKinley, died Wednesday shortly before 2 o'clock after a 7-weeks;' illness of congestion of the brain. Loving parents and kind friends did all that could be done for the bright little flower, and well may the words of our noted author hear repeating here... The fairest buds unto us given .. too tender for our earthly care ... are quickly snatched from earth to heaven, .. and bid to bloom forever there. The heart-broken parents have the sympathy of the entire community. The funeral took place on Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence on south Grant Avenue. Interment in Oak Hill. - kbz
