Clarence McMURTRY, 65 of Marshall who died in Union Hospital
on Wed. night last was a brother of Mrs Margaret Noel and Miss
Sophie McMurtry, and the son of a former resident, David and
Martha McMurtry. The widow, Emma BURFORD McMurtry, the sisters
and two brothers William of Missouri and James of Texas survive.
Funeral services at the home on Saturday afternoon were in charge of
Rev. Paul Shultz. Burial Bethany Cem. The parents lived in a
house now burned on South Cross Street. - typed by kbz
