McHargue, Clara - Montgomery InGenWeb Project

ROCKVILLE, Ind. — Mrs. Clara E. McHargue, 88, of Carbon Route 1, died at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday (Aug. 4, 1971) at the Vermillion County Hospital in Clinton.  She was born Dec. 7, 1882, in Parke County, Ind., the daughter of Nimrod and Evaline Garrigus Derman. She was a member of the Mansfield Methodist Church and she was a housewife.  Survivors include two sons, Raymond of Brazil, Ind., and J. C. of Sarasota, Fla.; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.  Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the Barnes Mortuary with the Rev. Albert Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Roselawn Cemetery in Terre Haute. Friends may call at the mortuary after 4 p.m. Thursday. –
