Kingman, Ind -- Henry Elza McGinnis, 80 of Alamo Ind died 6:30 a.m. Sunday Dec 15, 1957 in Culver Hospital, Crawfordsville where he had been a patient several days. A farmer most of his life, Mr. McGinnis was born in Fountain County March 25, 1877 son of Thomas and Susan Starnes McGinnis. He was married to Lillie Mae Bowman who preceded him in death. he was a member of the Freedom Church at Walllace, Ind. Surviving are two sons, Orvin of St. Louis Missouri and Eston of Kingman RR; two brothers, Parvin of Kingman; Frank of Danvile; two grand and two greats. THe body is at the Woodrow Fun Home Kingman where the family will rec'd friends after 10 a.m. Tuesday. Serv. will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lutheran Church near Wallace with Rev. John Servies officiating. Burial will be in the church cemtery. - kbz

He was married to Lillie Mae Bowman who preceded him in death. Mr. McGinnis was a farmer and member of the Freedom Church near Wallace. Survivors include two sons, Orvin of St. Louis and Eston of near Kingman and; two brothers, Parvin of near Kingman and Frank of Danville, Ill; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Funeral rites will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Lutheran Church naer Wallace with Rev. John Servies officiating and burial in the church cemetery. The body will be taken to the church one hour before the services. Friends may call at the Woodrow Funeral Home in Kingman. - kbz
