Emily Jane McDonald, 64, Terre Haute, died 7:59 p.m. Monday in Union Hospital, Terre Haute. Mrs. McDonald was a homemaker and a member of Coloma Friends Church, Coloma. She was a Rockville High School graduate. She was born Oct. 14, 1940 in Parke County to Myron R. and Clotine Bartley Smith. She married William McDonald in 1987 in Arkansas. He survives. Other survivors include brothers Myron Smith Jr., Terre Haute, John William Smith, Warner Robbins, Ga., Robert Franklin Smith, Bloomingdale and Thomas Jack Smith, Saukvilliage, Ill.; sisters Norma Jean Loden, Rockville, Betty Lou Wright, Terre Haute and Linda Kay Phillips, New Castle, Delaware. A brother, Delbert Ray Smith and a sister, Sue Ann Paddock, are deceased. Funeral services are scheduled 1 p.m. Friday in Barnes Mortuary, 111 E. High St., Rockville, with the Rev. Glenn Lawson officiating. Burial is in Memory Garden, Rockville. Friends may call 11 a.m. Friday until the time of service in the funeral home.
