Donald C. McDonald 61, of 900 Cottage Ave, died Tuesday afternoon in Culver Hospital.  He was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge, American Legion and Elks.  He was an Army veteran of WWII and had worked in the post office at the Indianapolis International Airport.

Born Jan 8, 1919 at Milford, Ill he was a son of Claude and Lee Williamson McDonald.  He was married in 1960 to Edith L. Whitaker who survives.

Also surviving are two sons, David Alan of Indianapolis and Dennis Ray of Crawfordsville; and a daughter, Alice Dianne McDonald of Crawfordsville.  

Services are at 1 p.m. Friday in Hunt & Son Funeral Home with Rev. Ostermeier and Rev. Jack Austin officiating.  Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery with graveside rites given by the American Legion. Friends may call at the funeral home after 1 p.m. Thursday - kbz
