The death of Forrest Lytton McDaniel, the infant son of Charles McDaniel and wife, was a peculiarly sad one. Little Forrest was a remarkably bright and winsome child and was considered by all who saw him to be the most beautiful baby that they had ever seen. Although being young, he seemed to grasp ideas intuitively and was of a most pleasant disposition. He was born on Feb. 12, 1891 and died August 4, lacking just 4 days of being six months old. The little one was first taken severely sick last Thursday and although cholera infantum was the immediate cause of his death, he also suffered form congestion of the stomach and malarial fever. Throughout the painful illness little Forrest bore his sufferings without complaint and his death leaves an aching void in many hearts. -s
