McCreary - Eldon

Eldon McCreary, 62, died Wednesday in St. Vincent Hospital at Indianapolis after a short illness. Mr. McCreary was associated with Midwest Tank at Indianapolis prior to buying National Tank Service, which he owned and operated for many years. This company later merged with Williams, Beck and Hess at which time he became superintendent and served in this capacity for 15 years. Mr. McCreary was vice-president of P-M., Inc. at Ladoga since its beginning in March, 1975. He is survived by his wife, Mary; two daughters, Mrs. Barbara Gill and Mrs. Carol Reed both of Indianapolis; a son, Lt. Com. Richard McCreary, USN Bremerton, Wash.; and a sister, JoAnne Hestand of New Whiteland. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Baker Funeral Home at Danville. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home today. - jlr
