Frank Buell McDonald, born May 24, 1850, at Crawfordsville,
Indiana. Died at Washington, D. C., January 7, 1887. Educated at
Indianapolis and by Professor Pickett, of Attica. Degrees, A. B.
and A. M. Occupation and position, study and practice of law; at
the time of his death was Pension Office Examiner in
Washington.
