Mrs. Rhoda McClelland, of whom mention was made in the Journal last week, was raised in this, village, and in her death we fully realize that this community has been robbed of a precious jewel. She shone as an ornament in the society where she mingled. From early youth she was one of the leaders in the Yountsville Choir. And as we meet and .still sing the beautiful hymns of Zion, we sadly realize that a sweet singer has passed away, that her silvery voice is hushed in death. She peacefully sank to rest without a struggle and went to join the happy throng above - thanks so much to Kim H for these :)
