Mrs. Nancy Martin, relict of the late Joseph Martin, died February 17 at 9 o'clock, at her home in Linden, of general debility, aged 67 years. Mrs. Martin was one of the oldest settlers of Madison township, coming there with her husband about 50 years ago. She was the mother of six children, five of whom survive her. For many years she has been a member of the Christian church and was a woman greatly beloved by all who know her for her many christian virtues. The funeral services took place Wednesday at the Christian church in Linden and were conducted by J.S. Maxwell.

Mrs. Martin was one of the oldest settlers of Madison Township , coming there with her husband about 50 years ago. She was the mother of six children, five of whom survive her. For many years she has been a member of the Christian Church and was a woman greatly beloved by all who knew her for her many Christian values. The funeral services will take place tomorrow at the Christian Church in Linden and will be conducted by Elder J. S. Maxwell.
