Mary Evelyn Maltsberger, 70, Crawfordsville died 5:15 a.m. Sunday in St. Clare Medical Center.  Mrs. Maltsberger owned and operated Mary's Curlette Beauty Salon for many years and was employed at Raybestos. Her memberships included Liberty Chapel Methodist Church, Beta SIgma Phi Sorority, Eagles Ladies Auxiliary, Crawfordsville Women's League Bowling and Municipal Ladies Golf Association. She was born March 18, 1929 at Crawfordsville tto Arthur and Mildred Pearson. She married Dale Maltsberger March 4, 1949. He survives. Also surviving are two sons: Larry, Elwood and Gary, Crawfordsville; three sisters, Marie Biddle, Crawfordsville and Marj Tribbett and Kay Bryan both of Darlington and three grandsons. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in Burkhart Funeral Home, 300 S. Grant Ave with Rev. Allen Sparks officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown masonic Cemetery. Friends may call 4-8 pm. Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Eagles Cancer Fund.  - kbz
