Sunday morning -- Mrs. Sarah J. Livengood was found dead in bed by her daughter, Mrs. EM Keller, at her home, 509 S. Washington Street. Mrs. Livengood retired Saturday night seemingly in good health. When found the Dr. believed she had been dead for several hours. She had died from an attack of endocarditis. Mrs. Livengood was 75 years of age and had lived her whole life in this vicinity. She had been a life-long member of the Christian Church having joined the Scotts Prairie Christian Church at age 15. The deceased is survived by three sons, Ernest of Waynetown; Frank of this city; and John of South Dakota and one daughter, Mrs. E.M. Keller of this city; 13 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Thomas Livengood of near Waynetown. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning beginning at 10 o'clock from the home, 509 S Washington Street. The body was taken to Waynetown and short services were also there from the Christian Church beginning at 11 o'clock. Burial in Masonic Cemetery. - kbz
