Albert Livengood, 75 died at his home east of Hillsboro at 10 a.m. Wednesday after a two weeks illness. He was born SE of Hillsboro Oct 20, 1877 the son of Pleasant and Hester Ann Grimes Livengood and all of his life has been spent in this community. On August 31 he was married to Kate Brant. There were no children but they consider Jack Walker as their son. Mr. Livengood has been engaged in farming all his life. He was a member of the Good Will spiritualist Church of Crawfordsville. Survivors include the widow one brother, Winfred Livengood of Hillsdale NJ; one sister, Mrs. Cora Walker of Williamsport and Jack Walker. Grenard and Servies of Waynetown are in charge and friends may call at the Livengood home after 6 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be held at the Grenard and Servies Funeral Home in Waynetown at 2 p.m. Friday with burial in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. - kbz

Waynetown - Albert C. Livengood, 75, died at his home three miles west of Waynetown at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Mr. Livengood had been in poor health for two weeks and died of uremic poisoning. Born Oct 20, 1877 two and one-half miles south of Hillsboro, he was the son of Pleasant and Hester Grimes Livengood. He married Amanda C. Brant on Aug 31, 1902 in Veedersburg. He was a farmer his entire life. Livengood was a member of the Good Will Spiritualist Church. Surviving are the wife; a brother, WW Livengood of Hillsdale, NJ; a sister, Mrs. Cora M. Walker of Williamsport; two nephews, Jack Walker nad Ralph Livengood and three nieces, Mrs. Grace Vollenwater, Mrs. Hester Darling and Mrs. Catherine Fentress. Last rites are to be conducted 2 p.m. Friday at the Grenard and Servies Funeral Home. Golden Wattenberger will be in charge. Burial will be in the Waynetown Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the family home between 6 p.m. Thursday and noon Friday - kbz
