Waynetown, Nov 9 - Mrs. Thomas I. Livengood, one of the best known and most highly respected residents of this vicinity, died at 9:30 o'clock last evening at her home 3 miles south of here. She was born Aug 10, 1844 in Jackson Township, Fountain County and had lived in this section all her life. She was the daughter of Bryant and Martha Galey Young and was married Oct 1, 1871. Mrs. Livengood had been in ill health for five years but had been seriously ill for only two weeks. Death was due to a complication of diseases. She is survived by her husband, two sons, VW and Guy L, both of Waynetown; two daughters, Mrs. Cora Parker of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Emma Stockdale and a grandson. She was a member of the Ingersoll Christian Church. Funeral services will be held at the home at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon with Rev. Burkhardt of Crawfordsville in charge of the services. Interment will be in the Masonic Cemetery.
